These terms apply to Selective Practice Tests, an online practice service run from Sydney, Australia.

Accounts

Accounts are for parents or guardians. Each account has one student profile. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email address secure.

What you buy

A purchase gives the account holder’s student access to the exam sets listed for that purchase, for as long as the site operates. Access is personal to your family and may not be shared, resold, copied or published. Exam sets released later are sold separately.

Content

All questions, texts and solutions are original practice material and remain our property. You may not copy, scrape, record or redistribute them. We may suspend access that is used this way.

Not the official test

Selective Practice Tests is an independent practice resource. It is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, the NSW Department of Education, and results here do not predict a placement outcome.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
