Refunds

Exam set 1 is free so you can judge the material before paying.

If something you bought does not work as described, let us know and we will fix it or refund you. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

If you ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and your child has not completed any paid paper, we will refund in full. A full refund removes access to the exam sets in that purchase.

To ask for a refund, use the request form. We will come back to you within 7 days.
